At the Leeuwarden location, you will be broadly deployable. You can put toppings on sandwiches, but you can also help in the kitchen preparing the ingredients. Everything is taught to you. If you do well, there are career opportunities with better salaries. What do you think about becoming an operator? The opportunities are there. It's up to you to seize them. Apart from this, you are flexibly employable. They work with different shifts, but of course you don't mind at all.
As a production employee at Goedhart, you will work on the production line together with a friendly team of colleagues. You will be responsible for an important part of our production process, such as:
Topping sandwiches with the right ingredients.
Checking the quality of the products.
Performing simple operations to deliver our products perfectly.
As a production employee, you are an indispensable link in our production process. Together with your team, you will ensure that each sandwich is prepared with care.
• Carefully filling sandwiches and rolls.
• Supporting the team on the production line.
• Carrying out quality checks.
• Keeping your workplace clean and organised.
• Checking the freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Assembling sandwiches and rolls according to specifications.
• Spotting and resolving minor deviations or problems in the process.
• Properly packaging sandwiches and rolls according to customer requirements.
• Supporting colleagues where necessary, e.g. restocking or minor technical tasks.
They really are looking for people who are committed to stay for a longer period (structural). You have to be accurate and not afraid to work hard. Independent, wanting to learn more and interested in the company. If you work well, are willing to learn and improve yourself over the time, the company could offer you a contract or other position (like as a machine operator).
Normal working hours are 38 hours a week.
Between 04.00am – 0:00am depending on shift.
